Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PMN Pomona Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Services Provided

PMN Pomona Masonry provides professional masonry contractor services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, retaining walls, stone patios, outdoor kitchens, and related masonry services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements, estimates, and project scopes will be provided in writing before work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work is required or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, material costs and labor rates may change, and a new estimate may be required.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. Typical payment schedules may include a deposit before work begins, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement. All materials remain the property of PMN Pomona Masonry until full payment is received.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project based on the scope of work and our current schedule. While we make every effort to complete projects on time, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible and work with you to minimize delays.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, weather events, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide and notify us promptly of any issues that arise.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment during the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but you are responsible for securing or removing any valuable items from the work area.

For your safety and ours, we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area while our crew is on site.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that any HOA approvals or special permissions are obtained before work begins. We comply with all local building codes and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

PMN Pomona Masonry carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features that are not marked or disclosed.

In no event shall PMN Pomona Masonry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your service agreement. Changes to the scope of work after a project has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in your service agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
